The piezoelectric shoe will have a sole with a piezoelectric generator and a rechargeable AA battery in a separate compartment. The shoes will be sold with the soles already embedded and the battery compartment attached near the back heel of the shoe. The user can simply put on the shoes, use it for a few days time, and then take out the recharged battery ready for use.
